Book a discovery callHow it works
One manager. A whole team's output.
What you get is a network of AI marketing specialists all working together relentlessly to maximise your marketing and selling potential. All you need is one marketer at your company to manage the network. If you're an owner, you can even add a "marketing manager" specialist and do the marketing yourself. The limit is what you want to build. And they don't just advise. They act, connecting to your tools to build, launch, and run campaigns for you.
Example specialists
A network can look like this, or nothing like it
These six are popular examples to show how specialists work together. Every network is built from scratch, so yours can include any role you can define.
Marketing Analyst
Runs daily competitor and market analysis, then hands the openings it spots straight to the Content and Business Development specialists so the team acts fast.
Digital Marketing Specialist
Watches your site analytics and, when an article starts taking off, tips off the Content Specialist to go deeper, and tells Social the exact hours readers are most engaged.
Content Specialist
Turns those tips into deeper-dive articles, publishes them to your CMS, then briefs the Social and Email specialists on what to promote next.
Email Content Specialist
Builds newsletters from the Content Specialist's best-performing pieces, timed to the Analyst's read on what your audience cares about this week.
Social Media Specialist
Schedules the Content team’s posts at the peak times the Digital Specialist surfaces, then feeds engagement back to the Analyst to sharpen what comes next.
Business Development Specialist
Synthesises everything the network learns into a clear strategy, then briefs each specialist on where to focus, closing the loop.
Bespoke by design
Custom-built for exactly your company.
This isn't a fixed product with a login. Every network is built from scratch for your company, your data, your brand, and your goals. With AI today we can build almost anything, but it still takes time and expertise to build it right, so your marketing goals are actually met. That's what we do.
You're in control
Automate fully, or keep your hand on every decision.
Choose how much autonomy each specialist has. Let the network run end-to-end, or insert review and approval gates so nothing publishes without your sign-off. Your brand, your rules.
Connected to your whole stack
Integrates with anything. And it doesn't just read, it does.
Because your network is bespoke, it connects to any tools you already use. And your specialists aren't dashboards or read-only assistants. Each one is a doer: it writes new data back into your systems, organises campaigns, and executes them end to end, from drafting to scheduling to publishing, with your review gates wherever you want them.
How we compare
Three ways to close the execution gap
Do the work yourself in a chat AI, buy a generic agent platform, or run a bespoke specialist network. They look similar on the surface, but the differences compound over time.
| Dimension | Specialist ForgeBespoke specialist network | DIY in a chat AI | Generic AI agent platform |
|---|---|---|---|
| How work gets done | A network of specialists that communicate and hand work between each other to run your workflows | A person prompts, reviews, edits, and moves output between tools | A general agent runs inside the vendor’s fixed workflow |
| Coordination between agents | Specialists share context, hand off work, and sense-check each other | None. The person is the only link between steps | A single generalist agent, no team to coordinate |
| The rate limiter | Capacity you own, running in parallel | The person at the keyboard | The platform’s roadmap and limits |
| Learning from past work | Builds a knowledge base specific to you and compounds over time | Starts near-fresh each session, mistakes tend to repeat | Optimises on generic signals, not your history |
| Availability | Continuous, 24/7 | Only when someone is working | Runs, but within tier limits |
| Connection to your data | Wired into your actual stack and proprietary data | Context pasted in by hand each time | Standard integrations, shallow by design |
| Depth of execution | Built to complete tasks end to end | Advises and drafts, then the human does the rest | Often suggests more than it does |
| Customisation | Designed around your process, not the reverse | Limited to what you can prompt in the moment | Configure within the platform’s boundaries |
| Brand and context fidelity | Holds your voice, rules, and context by design | Varies by who is driving and how much they paste | Generic output that needs heavy editing |
| Cost and scale | Output capacity without adding headcount | Still a salary plus that person’s time, and it does not scale | Per-seat or usage pricing you do not control |
| Consistency | Consistent and on-brand | Drifts by person, day, and energy | Consistent but generic |
| Ownership and control | You own the system and its priorities | You own the process, but it lives in one head | You rent capability on shared infrastructure |
| Key-person risk | Low, because the process is encoded in the system | High, because capability leaves when the person does | Moderate, because it is tied to the vendor |
Doing it yourself gives you control but no leverage. A generic platform gives you leverage but no fit. Specialist Forge gives you both.

Network questions
How the network works, in detail
How many specialists does a network need?
There is no fixed number. We usually recommend starting with one specialist, the one that removes your biggest bottleneck, and expanding from there once it has proved itself. The six roles shown on this page (analyst, digital, content, email, social, and business development) are examples of what can be built, not a required set.
Can you build a specialist that does not exist on this page?
Yes. If you can define the role, meaning what it should watch, what it should produce, and who it hands off to, we can build it. Networks are assembled from scratch for each company, so the roster is entirely yours.
What tools can the network connect to?
Any tool with an API or a supported integration. Common ones include HubSpot, Salesforce, Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Google Workspace, Slack, GitHub, Ahrefs, Zapier, LinkedIn, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, WordPress and Wix. Because each network is bespoke, connections are built to fit the stack you already run.
Do the specialists only read data, or can they act on it?
They act. Each specialist writes new data back into your systems, organises campaigns, and executes them end to end, from drafting to scheduling to publishing, with review gates wherever you place them.
How long does it take to build a network?
The build runs in four stages: discovery, design, build and connect, then launch and support. Timescales depend on how many specialists you need and how many systems they connect to; we scope this in the discovery call before any work starts.
What happens if I want to change how a specialist works after launch?
Networks are managed and improved on an ongoing basis as part of the monthly support. Roles, autonomy levels, approval gates, and integrations can all be changed as your goals move.
